I encountered heavy winter snow conditions the entire week of my rental(obviously, not the fault of your rental company). My complaint was that the wear on the tires was so extensive that the vehicle had no traction whatsoever on the snowy roads. At one point during the week I visit a business who had a driveway with a slight hill down to their office building. I got down to the building OK but, after many attempts was not able to leave until they called a service to place sand on the drive.
The van was not quite full of fuel. The seats are badly stained. The tire pressure alert was on the entire time. Two tires were under inflated.
The van drove and handled beautifully. It is very comfortable for long drives.
Vehicles are dated. Need more fleet of vehicles

Overall experience was good the van was ok even if there was something that was not working so what can I suggest is to do a better check of the vehicles before you give it to the customers
Was late returning and so far I've not been penalized for it! (Stuck in traffic)
