There was problem with the gear box. the vehicle keep rattling while driving. it happened while it was in low RPM. The door could not be closed entirely and it keep rattling while driving, the seats are dirty and with stains. One of the seat belt locks was broken.

not particularly simple to get to or from. Dropping off after hours requires the customer to uber from that point.

I rented a vehicle from Maxx at Best Western Premier Carlingview Toronto. The vehicle was not there. It was at City Car and Truck Rental about 8 minutes away. This was an inconvenience both picking up and dropping off. I had to pay $20 for a Taxi to return to the hotel after dropping the vehicle off at City Car and Truck rental. Not cool!

I would recommend your rental company. A suggestion I would have for improvement is have a little map on the back of the rental form of where you are located as the car did not have a gps.
