All in all everything went smooth picking up the vehicle and returning it. We also received a scooter with the vehicle and that worked great. The van was okay and drove okay but you could tell it was a little dated. The rear window on the captains side had mechanical issues but we didn’t use it as we had the AC on all the time. Also everything time we went over a bump the shocks were weak at best. Other than that we were satisfied with the transaction and would definitely rent again.

I'd like to have the option of pick up the car in the dolphin garage in MIA airport closer to international arrivals concourse J is too far for someone in a wheelchair.
