The vehicle we received was not the one reserved; however, it was larger and we were not charged the higher price. We had a slight glitch when the shuttle company first did not send a wheelchair accessible shuttle as requested, but only had to wait another 15 or so minutes for the correct shuttle.
My van was dirty and the air didn’t work in the rear. With it being a 12 passenger van my kids were miserable when it’s 85 degrees inside. We couldn’t use it as planned. Very disappointed

There was a shuttle ready for us at the airport and we were in and out of the parking lot with our rental van in no time! Very satisfied.
