Overall good experience
The pick up was smooth
The experience with Florida Van Rentals was great! However, Wally Park transportation was disappointing. We had to wait 45 minutes for a handicap access van to pick us up.
Vehicle was just what we needed based on the size of our party.
Drop off was super easy and simple. Michael was very kind and knowledgeable when I had questions. Would definitely rent again when we’re in the area again!
The initial contact person (a man) was rude and disinterest. Needs appropriate customer service training.
The vehicle was is less than satisfactory condition the van drove rough and loud, there was no passenger seat for my wife and the fuel millage was poor. I will never be using Florida Van Rentals for any of our vehicle needs. We were completely unhappy.

Very easy process of pick-up and drop-off. Called the office several times prior to pick-up and they were very courteous when answering my questions.
We just had to wait a very long time to have the shuttle pick us up to bring us to the van, which was a little frustrating. But overall, everyone was great!
