The wheelchair ramp did not retract I had to manually push the ramp back in , spoke to owner who said he never had this trouble , he had no more vans if I wanted to retune it I could Not a very professional response If I was older or not physically fit this vehicle would have been a major problem Rental company did not seem to care

the vehicle comment below being we had a major scary situation while out and about. It could have been disastrous; however, we were stopped at the time and I protected my daughter from harm. I received IMMEDIATE response from the company, which I Always have and appreciate. I love working with this company. we just sometimes have issues with the vehicles. Will always recommend this agency.
