Wonderful experience. Prompt. We had a family of 9..they assisted and got us to our destination quickly. The van fit everyone comfortably, and ran well, we would rent again.

The first van was very old and not working properly. The ram didn't deploy and when I took my hand and tried to pull it out it deployed very rapidly and almost crushed my hand. It is still very bruised, and a cut is recovering. I do have pictures and hopefully Wally Park has video cameras. Don't worry I have no plans to sue and would not have said anything if you had not asked. The second van they sent me was also very old, but it got me where I needed to go.
We requested a 12 passenger van because we had lots of golf clubs. The 15 passenger van was difficult to use because we had to stack golf clubs in a row of seats.
I wouldn't rent from this company again unless my vehicle request was guaranteed.
Great experience
We order 3- 12 passenger vans and 1 - 15 passenger van got all 12-passenger vans. Some of the vans seem to be in rough shape. Doors not closing / rattling while driving.

Overall, Florida Van Rentals makes it so easy to pick up vans. Wally Park shuttle always takes a while but once you get it, getting the vans is easy. This years vans were very below average. They were low quality and seemed very old and dirty. We paid too much money to get this low quality of vans.
Vehicles need an upgrade for the money we paid. We rented three vans for the third year in a row for a week in Florida with our softball team. It would be nice if the vans were clean and the ceiling was not falling down in the inside. Overall, easy rental and pickup, but the worst van quality in the past three years.
