Good reliable vehicle, a fairly straightforward pickup process and no hidden charges. Also the cheapest that I could find. I would recommend this company

The vehicle we rented was in very poor condition. The side door wouldn’t work all the time and it was not what was pictured on the website. One of the seatbelts also didn’t work. Another issue was the poor instructions given for how to get to the vehicle. And finally, when we go to return the vehicle they tell us that we have to drop off all passengers first and then return vehicle when that was not stated at all in the instructions. It’s a shame bc the price is right but poor service
Kept adding on charges after we already had the agreement. Parking etc. very frustrating
I rented 2 vehicles but I vehicle did not have an alarm. That meant that I have to lock each door one at a time because the lock all doors on the driver's side did not always work. Otherwise, everything was good, and the vehicles ran well.
Next time, I will rented with Florida Van Rentals again, I received more than I expected. Excellent vehicle, excellent price, van with very good maintenance. I loved everything from the Van and the agency a lot.
