Nice van
The van was in poor condition; made gargling noises intermittently like the shocks/hydraulic system was going out; the engine was sluggish; there were
special instructions to operate the ramp that weren't given up front-had to call for the information (poor customer service); had to call for return instructions and gate code for access (poor customer service). We waited 1 hour for accessible van pickup; driver didn't belt me in until asked; also drove like no one was in van but him

The van was extremely smelly. It served its purpose, but would likely not book here again. Maybe smoking odor. There should be smoking vs not smoking options and there were no time for changes. Which was disappointing.
After all I appreciate the rental experience, really convenient on both pick up and dropped off, and Michelle who helped me with dropped off process he is really helpful. The only downside is the condition of the van. Key remote wasn’t functioning, many broken parts inside the van. Also all seats are screwed down to the car and unremovable, which means if I’m traveling with big group of people there is not space for bulk personal belongings like luggage and strollers.
Van was in poor shape. Rust in door. Ramp had to be manually lowered every time as it got stuck. Check engine and tire lights were on constantly even after filling air. Traveling cable in drivers side rear door was faulty and would get stuck in door causing repeated attempts to close door. Ramp rattles constantly as you drive. Overall very dissatisfied with the rental and would not use this company again if this is the quality of vans your fleet uses.
My only complaint is that the van was dropped off two days before arrival date and it cost me a lot of money for the additional days it sat there. The rental company should refund this.

The experience in getting the vehicle was very seamless however from that point on it was very sub par. The vehicle we got kept making very strange noises which resulted in us having to ask for a new car. The switch was easy, however we ended up having to drive 30 minutes in order to switch the car.
Overall, the staff were helpful in helping us getting a new car, but the car received, and the hassle involved brought it back down again.
