Better pick up and drop off information
We lost the jey to the van. When we called the gentleman told us that he just left for the day and we needed to call a locksmith. We were charged $350. I know it was our fault for losing the key, but to tell us to call a locksmith and not even help us was really poor customer service.
No Problems
I requested a 15 passenger van, I received a 12 passenger van. The space was cramped, but we managed. The first van AC was bad but was switched. Great service. Just thought I should get refunded for inconvenience and not getting a 15 passenger
We've been using Florida Van Rentals for over 10 years. Even tried another rental company once, never again. Easy pickup, easy drop off.

Requested and Paid for a 15 passenger but received a 12 passenger van. People had to hold luggage to get to hotel.
Our experience was great. I did have to call to find out where it was parked. I was told I would get a txt but didn't. Also, we rented 2 - 15 passenger vans. 1 was outstanding, new nice etc. but the 2nd one was pretty rough. the interior had some tears and stains. Overall, it was a great experience.
Never met any of the staff prior to Wednesday other that Alisha , she's sweet , The other staff members are sweet as well and very cordial the entire office is. Thanks so much ❤️
