The shuttle to wally park is needs to be improved or a selection to request an accessible ride should be added.

before I re rented the van they were very helpful with any questions I had and the whole rental process was easy and efficient
I requested a transit van however I got a van that I didn’t want at all. There were several big and little bugs in the back 2 rows which was disgusting. I had to go vacuum the van out completely. The van was late getting picked up due to it wasn’t ready and I had to wait on it. The air conditioning was terrible and me and my crew was miserable due to the heat. I was very unhappy with this van that I didn’t request. I wanted what I paid for.
Vehicle was not available at the requested time. Had to wait for the agency to deliver the van. I had called 3 days in a row prior to the rental to reconfirm, but Evelyn never returned any calls or texts. Upon return, I needed a code to enter the parking lot to return the van. Again I had to call for assistance, but Evelyn never returned a call or text. Very frustrating. The customer service was VERY POOR.
No one works there or would answer the phone - had to figure everything out myself. The van was dirty and smelled terrible. The door handle broke off. Would never recommend or rent from this place again.
We arrived at the airport very late in the evening and information about how to reach the shuttle were wrong. It took us a long time to find the shuttle to Wally park. we tried to reach the rental agency by the phone number it had provided, but noone answered. they had sent me the lisencenumber by email, but I could not reach my email that night from my phone, do not know why, but it was wery difficould to find the right car in Wally park - Bad expiriance. The car was great for the family.
It was outstanding for my needs.
