I was pretty upset when we had to switch vans. Big alignment issues made it Not drivable. Rear AC didn’t work in Florida, in the summer. My kids were miserable. None of this was disclosed ahead of time. A swap was made to a better vehicle but even that one had an alignment problem. Not as bad, but still not great. Will lost likely not rent again.

Was a little taken back on where we had to pick up/return vehicle when we paid extra for airport pick up/drop off. The vehicle was not at the airport which I think we shouldn't have been charged extra for. We had a group of 9 and were told that the shuttle would only pick up to 5 people at a time. We had to tip the shuttle driver extra to be able to take my whole family both ways to and from the airport. The parking lot was difficult to find the van as there are several companies there to
