Best rates on full size vans and very easy to deal with. Do not hesitate using them just because they aren't a national rental company, vehicle was not brand new but it was clean and everything worked flawlessly. Would definetly use them again in the future.
I had a few issues with the rental company not having my correct information. I explained that we needed a side entry because we had 3 children. We were given a rear entry with only 2 back seats so one child had to sit up front (which is illegal and unsafe). But on the other hand they let us keep the van for an extra 2 days which really helped us out and i know was stressful for them so we were very happy with our rental.
Fairly smooth process, never received the texts with the license plate number and had to call the office several times. The 8-passenger van had expired tags.

The van I received was very old, (model 2007 in bad condition). For the same amount of money, other rental companies such as Avis, offered me a new van.
The written instructions for returning the vehicle incorrectly indicated to leave the keys in the gas cap and our vehicle didn't have that option so it was a little confusing.
