Everything with the van was great, however the interaction with a representative regarding our tax-exempt status wasn't quite as smooth. After presenting our New York Tax Exempt letter, the representative said they could only honor our request if we had one specific for the state of Florida. After a Florida tax-exempt status document was presented, the staff member then, in a very demeaning e-mail said that no adjustments could be made and that it needed to be given when the reservation was made
Very old van, stopped in the middle of the high way at the first day of picking up the van, and I had to use my own AAA to get help. Had to return the van by ourselves to the airport on the same day, and rented another van from other company. After sending the towing fee cost, no further response, but got charged fully.

I was provided with the vehicle that I requested at the price that I was quoted.
The van was a little old. I dint present any mechanical inconvenient, but in other things such as handles and steps to go up. It was very economy, and confortable.
The only problem I had was adding a second driver. I provided a copy of the second driver's licence by email before arriving in Orlando. The person in your office handling this called my insurance company to verify coverage for the second driver but misunderstood what they were told and I had to make several phone calls to my insurance company and our office to sort it out. In the end it was approved but took a lot of my first day of vacation.
Really went out of their way to help. A+++ service.
I was a little concerned at first, but it was much easier than I expected.
I requested, and was told, that I could have a side load van with the passenger seat removed. So that I could drive myself by transferring to the drivers seat. When I got to the van I found it was a rear load with a manual ramp. Upon calling your office I was told that there was no other van available but that I could just not take the rear load van if I desired. The whole situation was stressful and I had too totally change my plans. I was not able to drive myself to several business apointment
