The car with filthy and there were several issues. It clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly (old bag of food inside, someone else’s paperwork, food in between the seats, stains, etc.), and we are in the midst of a pandemic! The first day, a friend spotted two nails/screws in the back right tire which I had to then go and have patched before I could drive far with the car. Left windshield wiper also didn’t work well. I had an hourly car rental service cancel on me last minute. I called EZ Car Rental and they were able to help save my plans. I spent less than 5 minutes in the office before I was on my way. Drop off was just as easy. Highly recommended.

I was a bit frustrated about the service over the phone. Certain agents were lacking in professionalism and attention and I therefore lost the vehicle I wanted. When I made my reservation online the following day the service thereafter was excellent

Coffee spill stains over the door frame. Makes me wonder if it was cleaned at all and this is worrisome during a pandemic. I was also unaware that this company does not provide for renter's insurance which was another reason why I can't really recommend it.
