Issuesxwere I had to add air to the front tire...it was low. Windshield wipers were not working properly which was a hazard since I did have to drive in the rain. Otherwise rental was okay. Location is convenient.

Overall the staff was incredible and helpful and kind. There wasn’t a great selection of vehicles and the one we selected could’ve been cleaner, especially due to COVID-19 but otherwise everything was great.

The car they provided had donuts with no hub caps instead of normal tires, and another customer returned a car fresh off the lot with a flat tire. I cancelled my reservation on the spot without ever renting or accepting the vehicle, and the shop charged me double instead of refunding my money in an apparent "error" in the system. The manager said pending charges resolve in days, but instead, I now had to dispute the transaction through my bank and wait for them to refund me. Worst shop ever.
