I had reserved a luxury premium car. I called and confirmed a few days before. A representative then called an hour later to also confirm. I decieded to double check the day before to make sure again. I was then told they did not have my car available or any other car in the category i reserved. I let the representative know my frustration. He then asked if I was willing to dirve to their brooklyn office to get a car. Ridiculous! I
