The car was reliable, but a little dirty inside upon receipt. Luckily was planning on cleaning/disinfecting the car myself due to covid. The brakes did squeak a bit and tires seemed bald, but luckily i wasn't driving anywhere too strenuous or really that far so it was OK. Would rent again if in need of a car in the neighborhood.

I booked a car online and when I arrived at the rental agency the location was closed. Their website said they were open. I spent an hour calling every number listed for this company and my partner was only finally able to get through on Facebook. I received no compensation for my time and no apology. I would definitely not recommend this company.

Car that was provided didn't have working A/C. I almost drove off the lot before I noticed myself. Had to go to mechanics to get a replacement vehicle. It was terribly dirty. Even after it was cleaned, the interior windows were still dirty/greasy. There were leaves in the trunk. The passenger side window was misbehaving - at one point it wasn't closing. The driver side control for it didn't work. Luckily it eventually started to work, but afterwards we avoided using it.
