The first car I received had clearly been in an accident and had been poorly repaired. After I requested a replacement, I received another 'crash car'. I requested another car, but then found out that this agency does NOT sanitize its cars!!! Neither attendant wore a face mask when I arrived. The one at the counter only put one on when I stepped into the trailer that they operate from. All in all, I will NEVER rent from this place again.

To be honest, as people who live in Bay Ridge, the 89th st option was perfect. We usually go to one of the airports for economic reasons, but that is such a hassle to and from. With EZ Rental we received a cheaper price, competent and relaxed customer service, and it was steps away.
