I made a reservation through EZ Van in early November I rented a seven passenger minivan. On November 23rd hours before my pick up time I received a call from Patrick Smith saying my rental was ready for pickup at 2:00 when I arrived they told me the reservation was mysteriously canceled I was not notified of the cancellation. Therefore I was forced to pay $200 extra for another minivan for the last 3 days Patrick Smith will not call me back I'm asking for compensation for not being truthfulHELP
Terrible experience. EZRentalVan lost my reservation and failed to get me a new reservation with the same terms. Terrible terrible experience.

There were a couple small issues with the van but it worked for the weekend. The staff were wonderful, kind, professional, and thoughtful. The whole process was very easy and quick. I plan to rent from this agency again.
Bad experience ., they not honor my rate my schedule I have book previously mini van was in a bad condición ., dirty windows., we find a baby bottle in the car., the wash was not a good one was fast and poor cleaning
Never use this company again. To many others out there.
