Rude unprofessional attitudes from start to finish ....i paid late drop off fee yet no one was there to pick up at 9.05pm ...had to call and was told to leave the vehicle and drop the key in a box ...VERY unsecure......WILL NEVER USE THIS BUSINESS AGAIN .....NEVER

This is my first time renting a car in NY. Maybe I am just not used to NY personalities, but I sensed some rudeness with two of the employees. I also sensed some threatening tone when it came to guidelines on conditions for returning vehicles.
I did not get the vehicle I rented online. In a case like this I would expect a discounted rate. They do not honor Military Discounts... this establishment is purely business.
