The did not have any cars available for me and 4 other customers we all canceled our reservations and left after waiting for hours for a car to come in. I paid for an Uber to take me there and home for nothing will I get my money back for the cab service. They could have called me to let me know they had no cars. WHY WOULD YOU RENT CARS IF YOU DID NOT HAVE ANY. I flew in from Florida thinking I had a car reserved and my trip was ruined. I Would never use them again.
All around terrific service. Everything about the experience was very smooth, friendly and professional.
The rate I was quoted was well below what I ended up paying. I understand this is because of the distance I was driving, but the addition seems a little over the top. Also, the car was very dirty on the inside.

I’m a returning customer and I had TERRIBLE service on Saturday. I went to the Brooklyn location on Pennsylvania Avenue. The car wasn’t there the time of my reservation and I had to wait ONE HOUR!!! Very unnacceptable. I then called Robert who then told me I would receive a $25 credit and would tell the Manager Beverly about it. I returned the car Sunday and not only didn’t she know about it but she walked away as I was talking and got very loud and it was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. She needs to
Empire Rent a Car stated they were out of vehicles and they said that their cars couldnt be rented for 1 day. If there were a worse rating than poor this agency would have earned an honorable mention.
This place is unprofessional! The lady at the desk was on the phone the whole time and made an error with my reservation and then had the nerve to say that we had to pay more money because of her mistake. Never renting in this place again and do not recommend anyone else should
Did not call me to confirm and if they did they left no voicemail. Never asnwered my calls for confirmation, and never replied to my email submittion to robert@empire. I went in on Saturday and they told me the reservation was never confirmed. Never using their horrible service again.
The receptionist had an attitude. Every time I asked a question, she was snappy with her answers. I declined the reservation and went across the street to rent from Enterprise. I will NEVER make another reservation with this company and I will not refer anyone I know due to this woman's "great" customer service skills.
I will never rent from Fordham empire rent a car again I paid for a 15 seat van it was not the color van that I choose it was also was not the one with the hi top they gave me a low top
The van was very smelly the inside was not vacuum it had some one shirt, dry rice on the chips on seat it also didn’t have any gas I had to buy gas to my destination and put gas and return it also I had unlimited miles when I rent the 15 seat van and the employee try to tell me that have an Certain # of mile
