I had to wait for an hour and a half for my vehicle to arrive, it was booked for 8am, I arrived at 11am, as I was late, it still wasn't there

It was easy and employee were nice.
The overall experience was easy and the car was perfect for our trip. I wasn't clear about returning it after hours, but seems they offer that option. Either way, I returned it in the morning and everything was fine. Overall it was a good experience.

Our rental experience was very good and we enjoy the car that we rent.
I received a dirty vehicle which I understood at the time and because of the limited availability I decided to keep it. I later noticed after rental that there was a substance in the rear that appeared to be human feces. I contacted the rental location as well as the main office and all occasions I was either promised a call back or told no one was aware of any problem. I ended up renting another vehicle from another provider. I will not rent from this company again
