The office was closed the day we had to pick up the car. We call several phone numbers more than 20 times and nobody answers. We finallly had to book an hotel and stay in NYC one night. The agency did not make any commercial gesture towards us and we never knew the reason of this unplanned closing. Fortunately, the car was great and we did'nt have any problems with it.

I cancelled my $1,700 reservation due to the Marlene's unprofessional attitude; she is extremely rude for a customer service representative. I will never rent from Empire and I will ensure everyone I talk to in the future about car rentals hears about my experience with Marlene at Empire.

When I picked my luxury sprinter. The vehicle was extremely filthy, inside and out. The car was never cleaned, sneaker stains all over the back seats. Floors were sticky with spills, inside of the door was cover in stains. This car was never Cleaned let alone sanitized, during Covid time this unacceptable. The left hand side windshield wipers were broken. I asked for a replacement car and they refused. I’ve been trying to speak with a manager. They hang up on me on the phone, I can never reach

Easy , simple and great experience. From quoting to confirming , pick up and drop off. The complete transaction was very easy. Stuff was very very clear and helpful. Great experience! Will be back for sure . Also will be recommending to friends and family.
