Van looks nice but need a lot inside clean seats looks very dirty and smells veré weird. For the rest was a good . Just make sure clean better inside the vans

Unfortunately I did not rent the vehicle because. When I went on the website it said the place was open till 5:30 pm , when I got there at 4pm it was closed I called the number and they said it close at 3:30 pm . Bad advertising and because you close earlier than your website say you going to charge me as if I’m picking the vehicle up after hours ! Lastly $494 unlimited miles from 1/13 - 1/17 at enterprise was better than $1274 and 450 miles from 1/14-16, that’s a serious difference!

The right side wouldn’t close therefore the heat in the rental didn’t keep my party people warm. Very bad experience when you calling at 8pm all the numbers in the paperwork and no one answers. Emailing was a moot point because I still have not received a reply back. I will not be renting from this place again at 1985 Bruckner Blvd!!!
