Staff was knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. Vehicle was clean and in good condition. This is my second time renting from this company. And I’ve been very pleased.

the staff was unresponsive. no one contacted me to finalize my rental. i called for 3 days and got zero response. the one time someone picked up she gave no information she said you have to do everything online and hung up. very unprofessional and frustrating. i was stranded without a vehicle
The 150 miles per day is well below what most rental agencies offer. At the rate you're charging, you should have more miles. You're renting b/c you're going out of town, @ least 200/250 miles per day is reasonable. It makes it seems you're just looking to make more money as opposed to offering a service to your clients. It was a rush last minute request and had I had more time, I don't think I would have rented given the price and mileage. Staff was great and courteous, no issues there.

Everyone I spoke to from Marlene, to Gloria, chase and even little man at the store were amazing. Every single question I had was always answered. Every single person I spoke to helped me. Every single minute with the car was a breeze. Loved this company will definitely be recommending and renting again!
