I am very pleased with the whole rental process. I dealt with Debbie who was professional and courteous. She contacted me prior to the rental date to confirm. One the date of rental Debbie completed the rental process quickly and efficiently. II was shown my vehicle, provided instructions on returning and I was on my way. I highly recommend empire rental for your next vehicle rental.

I was in a pinch and Empire’s staff and help desk were extremely helpful and efficient. What had been a very stressful morning, was made a lot easier through their diligent assistance. Their pricing was great, especially for such short notice, the vehicle was very clean, and gave good value for money on gas (1 full tank to go both ways), they also offer a mileage package that worked out perfectly because I definitely would have paid more per mile. Great service, great value!

Very happy I was able o go and see for myself what I was going to get, since on the Web there no access to pictures for people with less or no vehicle/van knowledge. Staff very respectful and friendly, and Keven made everything easier , Thank you very much. !

Second time renting from them while my car get fixed. 1st car was better than 2nd although same make and model. Manager Gloria was courteous and explained all the charges up front no surprises.
