The staff were helpful and clear. The car was in great condition, clean and had no issues.
We had a situation where we needed to secure two 12 passenger vans. Empire rental came through for our cross country team. It was a great service they provided. I was nervous as they were not a rental company on site. But they took care of everything and delivered the vehicles to the airport and picked them up at the airport. They were great. I would recommend Empire.

We had the rental scheduled for (2) days but returned it within (24) hours of picking it up. I am waiting for a credit for the unused day. I was told it can take (10) business days to know what amount is coming back.
