Beverly was wonderful--very helpful, especially after I had a tough trip upstate. Nice to have real people who care working here. It proves that Empire has great management to keep valuable people around. George helped me in the beginning and was helpful too. Thank you Empire...you guys rock!

The car was not in the agency so, they take me to a different location to p/u it . The $12 fee for " check the license" its almost a hoax and when i called asking for rate they never mentioned this part Your employees are great people, your vehicles are good enough but your hidden charges are ugly. Still i send a couple of my friends to rent in your location in Newark.
