Staff was very good, thorough, and courteous. The truck I wanted and booked online wasn't available so I had to settle for a smaller truck.
it's a little pricey but the service was really good
Car was ready to go when I arrived, bureaucracy was minimal coming and going, no problems with car while in use. Can't ask for much more than that..

The staff from every aspect was professional. I rented a 15 passenger and had a problem opening the driver side door. It would have been nice if their was a step stool provided in the van. Outside of that it was a wonderful experience and I would do it again as well as recommend Empire.
