No hassle or fuss, great pricing and would definitely consider renting from here again.
The only issue I had with this rental is the pick up location. I've selected Pearson Airport as I wanted convenience but actually this is misleading because the pick up is about 30 minutes away from the airport. Have that in mind if you want to rent from this company. Otherwise they seem to be professional and provided good service.

This is the worst experience I have ever had renting a car. Information was not available online, that I was later charged for. The car smelt like cigarettes, and had a cigarette burn on the seat. The employee was rude and dismissive to me and my partner. They were late in picking me up. I would actively dissuade anyone from using this company.
