Although slightly away from the airport, it is still super convenient as they have a shuttle. Great staff, clean car and prompt service. Easy after-hours return (and close to gas station so easy to return full)

Slightly away from the airport and city, but the shuttle service sorts that out. Super easy to get to from the city (UP express, then Link, then they pick you up). Because they are just out of the city, we actually avoided the into-Toronto traffic. I have used City Car and Truck Rental 3 times now and will continue to do so as they are much more reasonable with cost/convenience.

Great price! I was also impressed that despite the fact that the van had already left, I was driven to Terminal 1 personally. Friendly and helpful service. I will definitely be renting from you again.

In my rental application I had mentioned that I am a non US or Canadian driver and German Resident and the allotted kms for my booking was unlimited(3000kms). But when city car rentals rented the car they wrote 400 kms without informing me this reduction. I had to notice it myself on the slip and discuss it further to prove I am not an Ontarian. Better if these changes in the contract are made after notifying the customer and not as done.

I didn’t actually get the car I wanted and that is an issue I have every single time I rent a car from any car rental place but in this case the car was better and it was a very nice experience all around.
