i have been renting from Charlies for years and can also say I am always happy. Once I had a car with a terrible smell in the trunk and they exchanged it for me.

Pickup and delivery to the airport is a terrific benefit.
Check out and check in went smoothly. Car behaved well during my rental. We, specially, appreciate the ability to go through the toll booth without having to stop. Will be renting from you again in three weeks.
Coming from Canada I can say renting from Charlie's was wonderful, Service was fast and staff Curtis is. English was excellant and directions spot on. Price was much better than with Enterprise. Would recommend and will use Charlie's next time I'm Puerto Rico.
