For the return, I had put down the rear seats for ease of luggage storage and neglected to see the jacket underneath. Your staff found it quickly after checking the car prior to departure to the airport and gave it to me! PROMPT and NO HASSLES!!!!!!!
Place has the lowest rates but their service is SO SLOW!!!!! Should not take 40 min to pick up a car and 30 minutes to return a car.

I've rented from Charlie in the past and once I placed a reservation I got an email,this time around I got the email,only difference was that they wanted a confirmation, something I did not notice, when I looked at my reservation few days later I was amazed to find out that if I did not confirm the email my reservation would get canceled. I then called them up and they told me this was a new set up that Charlie was instituting, I asked if they could honor the original reservation and was told no
