The wait for the rental was way too long. In each instance it was 5 people
Deep with a wait close to 45 minutes.
The flights that On my way! In and out of Aquadilla are in the middle of the night, so that wait is really rough.
The staff was very polite and helpful, but the wait...ugh!
Very convenient
Two problems. I was renting a vehicle from January 11,2017 until March 8, 2017. After several weeks my son pointed out to me that the registration sticker on the passenger side of the car expired on February 28, 2017. I was given are car that was not going to be legal as of March 1, 2017. I went to the office and explained, and I wanted another vehicle. I was told a week before they expire I would be called and they would come and put a new sticker on. No phone call... NOTHING. I went back agai
We got a great car for the price and the workers were very helpful in telling giving us tips on how to get to/from our destination and the best ways to avoid the toll roads. Check in-out was very easy. Would recommend their services to anyone in Puerto Rico!

We always rent our cars from Charlies.
We picked up our car in San Juan and returned it in Aguadilla. Shuttle service in each location was excellent! Very quick pickup at the airport in San Juan and the shuttle was ready to go when we returned the car in Aguadilla. Very courteous and knowledgeable employees at each location. The price was right! We will definitely rent a car from Charlies on our next trip to Puerto Rico!
