We had some difficulty picking up the car (took a long time), but dropping off was easy.
Excelente servicio
Great experience. Friendly and helpful staff. A bit of a wait to process return of the car but the shuttle was great to the airport.
Only issue I has was with the car. I was expecting a Hyndai Sonata and we got a Ford Fusion. I was not happy with the power of the motor driving up into the mountains. Also the car on turns or over bumps swayed too much.
We had no problems with getting the car or returning it. Everything went well.
Very efficient car rental. Shuttle picks you up from airport. Make sure you have all your insurance policy information together. Car was clean, not great acceleration. I personally didn't love the stickers on the front and rear proclaiming it a 'Charlie's Car' rental as I felt that was a beacon for potential theft but nothing bad occurred. Mostly just a lot of tailgaiting since the car didn't have great pickup. Charlie Car let me pick up at one location and drop off at another location.

We rented two cars. 1 car had low tire pressure the day we picked it up and had to take it to a repair shop to get it pumped up. The next day the 2nd car had a flat (less tha 5 miles of driving). Had to run get a air pump, pump tire up and go to the repair shop again. Repair shop found a bubble on tire and replaced it. 1st car still loosing air pressure in the same tire as the first day. At the end of trip you want to charge me a tire fee. Clearly this tire had a problem prior to us picking it.
