Both when I picked up and dropped off, it took a very long time at the counter. The rental process is very long so it takes a lot of time for a representative to work with each customer. Many people in line end up complaining about the long wait time which takes away from the great customer service you receive in all other aspects with this agency. Friendly and knowledgeable staff! I love the quick access to the agency via airport shuttle. It is very convenient. I would rent again!

Great rental facility across the board. Everything was very easy and the staff was awesome. The shuttle from the airport was perfect. We came out and didn't wait but 1 minute before being picked up to go to Charlie's.
Almost next door to our hotel - fast pickup - very knowledgeable about what is needed on the island.

I have been pleased with my rentals from Charlie Car Rentals. My concern is the the subdtantial diffetence between the actual original woute and the additional fees, taxes, insurances, tolls, etc.added to the original qoute, raising the final cost to be extremely high.
Better discounted per daily, weekly, monthly cost as a base price should be available, before all the applicable taxes, fees, insurances, etc. are applied.
