I never rent from you again
Been using Charlie Car Rental for years. This time the vehicle was not clean inside it was very dusty and dirty. I asked it to be clean which they vacuum but still was too dirty for me since I know from past experience I have had cars in much better conditions.
This is not the first time and will not be the last!
There should be a special line for the return of the car. I had to wait almost 40 minutes to return the car I rented.
Great rental experience. Rates were upfront and accurate. Pick up and drop off was very easy.
The agent was a little too forceful encouraging insurance and would have liked if he realized i have rented from Charlie many times before and always use my oen insurance, but overall a great experience.

Reserved a hatchback, got a sedan. Since we didn't end up needing the extra space, I'm willing to overlook that since the price was just as low as when I made the reservation.
