Great rates, service, car condition and staff. Totally recommended.
Quick and easy pickup, car was in great condition and very clean. Drop off was excellent, employee saved me from missing my flight by her prompt checkout and delivery to airport gate. I totally recommend them and have never had an issue in rates or service in the 20 plus times I have used them.

The vehicle was no problem. We exchanged for a truck for more room. Upon returning the truck it was noted that the truck required E85 fuel. Had trouble finding this fuel. Called the agent. He stated that he uses regular fuel in this truck. I would not be responsible for using regular fuel in a truck requiring E85 fuel. The agent did not offer a statement to alleviate me from damages should the wrong fuel be used. I had the agent fuel the truck. He charged me $99 for this for 1/2 a tank.

Compared to other car companies out there, I think Charlie's was the best bet. Like, maybe there were bigger, more reputable rental companies out there, but they charge an arm and a leg if you go with them. No thanks. We would probably go with them again if we went back.
