It was the best Car Rental experience I ever had, and I even got in a car accident while using the rental. Everyone at Charlie’s Car Rental was great! I highly recommend. They are straight forward with no gimmicks.
The service was good wish I read my first email correctly when I saved my quote ended up losing a good offer and spending more then anticipated for less of a vehicle but always satisfied with service and overall price and quality
It's the second time I rented a car there and I'll do it again if necessary in case of an emergency. The rates are the lowest comparing to others and also have a great and nice staff there.
Es la segunda vez que rento un carro ahí y lo haría nuevamente si es necesario en caso de una emergencia. Los costos son los más baratos que he conseguido comparado con otros establecimientos y además el personal es bien amable.
The cars exterior was filthy. Nice people at Charlie but they need more than 1 staff member at the counter mainly because the computer system is so old it should be in a museum. They really need to upgrade their computer system! Otherwise friendly and honest people.

Traveled to Puerto Rico to help install solar panels. It was key to have an SUV to carry gear. Even though trucks are in short supply right now, Charlie’s staff gave me a free upgrade to a premium SUV to honor the reservation. Everything was smooth and easy.

The car had alot of body damage .
I got a kia this time, very unresponsive & poor handling . Not a good car for PR roads. I had an accent much better.
Car hesitated a bit but it is an economy car so understandable. People at the counter were very kind and gave us a ride home to ocean park on the shuttle.
