Since the hurricane the phone lines are down and they do not answer the phones , we had to take an Uber to get to the rental site which is off the airport. Very unhappy about this, I know this is not their problem still a mess Thu is a working cell number 787-378-5455

I have rented the car for 2 days. Car was clean and good on gas. Price was very reasonable.
My rental experience with Charlie goes back over 20-plus years. I have always found the rental service the best and the high quality has been stable through time.
Everything that was done was very professionally.... I loved the service!!
Only problem was the instruction to phone on arrival from the baggage pickup area at BQN. Very poor cell service at the baggage pickup area, but great when I got outside. The van was already there, and everything else went fine. Car was great, got good gas mileage, too. Return was easy. I will definitely call Charlie Car next time I need a rental in Puerto Rico!
The staff was incredible they assisted my family in our time of need we came to Puerto Rico for a funeral
It was super easy and wonderful renting from Charlie Car. They're smaller than the big named companies, which is why I chose them. My rental was broken into and I'm still not sure what that is going to cost me. But they are very friendly & professional.
I will rent with them in the future!
