Was greeted promptly, but waited 25mins for the vehicle to pick me up to bring me to rental place. The lady I dealt with was not friendly but there were other friendly staff. I received an old toyota yaris, ended up bringing the vehicle next day back from from Ocho rios (90mins away) because yaris did not start at times, wipers were in bad condition and burning smell emitting from vehicle. Got corolla that was even older. Carpet was lifting, bad shocks, engine light warning. WORSE EXPERIENCE!

This rental car service was great, the people were very friendly and helpful, and we really appreciated being able to use a cell phone for free during our whole stay! Highly recommend!

Be sure you confirm your credit card has liability coverage for rental in Jamaica, this company tries to push their daily insurance rate even if card covers rental. This was an uneasy way to start off with agency.
