I've been to Jamaica 22 times and have rented vehicles from Chalis on most of those visits. I have always had good service and good rates. Shauna, the lady in charge is both knowledgeable and trustworthy. Chalis will continue to get my business whenever I return to Jamaica!

Terrible experience, I reserved a car whent to pick it up, NO Cars available. Left me and my fige and kids scrabbling to find a ride to Saint Elizabeth form Mobay. I had to go run around for hours to find another rental else where. Very frustrating, THEY NEED TO DO BETTER. They lost me as a customer for life. BAD EXPERIENCE!

The car I got was a mess. Worn out wipers streaked like crazy and could barely see at night in the rain. Backup camera was totally dead from some electrical issue, making reversing sketchy in tight areas. When returning the car, they did not have a shuttle available to get a family of 4 and luggage to the airport. I asked the manager for a solution and she was rude and argumentative responding as if I created the inconvenience. Bad maintenance, unreliable shuttle, and awful service.
