I felt I was overcharged for my extra day and they wouldn't put it on my card. Additionally they rounded up on both the daily rate, added tax, charged me the country's higher than normal exchange rate for the day and then insisted on collecting cash

very pleased. vehicle was great and reliable. Was picked up from airport promptly and returned with no hassle at all. Next time Im in Jamaica I will definitely go back to Chalis.

I cancelled this reservation in December of 2015, I kept sending e-mails and even called, but got no response back from them! I went to the website to cancel the reservation and it said it was not found! So, I was very surprised when I got a friendly reminder about the reservation! I forwarded the notes I sent them in December to CXL the res after I got the friendly reminder. I sincerely hope that my CC will no be charged.

Chalis offers the lowest rates in Jamaica accompanied with a great service and great cars! I had a great experience with Chalis! They will pick you up at the airport and drop you off.

After receiving the vehicle a few hours later I realize the cigarette lighter was not working and was on my way out of town I called to report this and ask if I could get the change. The lady exact words to me was "NO she gave me a running car and that what mater", I told her it is important to me to have vehicle that features on the works and she again reply we order a vehicle that will run and that what we gave you. The AC do not work and the back door only opens on the outside. VERY DISSA
