Despite some hidden fees at the moment of the pickup that rised the price from the original oferred online, the final price kept being very competitive. The agent that assisted me, Yanay, was really welcoming and helpful explaining the nature of these fees and oferred me multiple options that suited my route plan well. The car, a convertible Ford Mustang, was in fantastic shape and such a delicacy to drive that I ended up extending the contract for two more days. Very recommendable.

The online rental service is misleading I was under the impression I was renting a unlimited mileage car for 7$ a day and once I got to the counter it was different from what I reserved online that need to be specified

Poor service. Called, she did not pick up. When arrived, another agent from a different company had to call her because she wasnt there. Waited 20 mins. She was rude, advised she did not have the vehicle I request and the engine was being fixed. Then offered me a lower tier vehicle and didnt adjust the price from a mustang convertible to a Kia. Requested a deposit of 1000$. We left that area and got a car from another company for 175$ total and 200$ deposit.
