Waited 90 minutes and the employee said “I am just one person”. There was only one person ahead of me. She was so slow and simply didn’t care. The car I was given had a bad tire and I had to put air in it every day. She told me that I had to take the toll package because I would have fines other wise. I was charged to use my insurance coverage. Will never use Boutique again.

There is no parking to visit office. Its a scam. They tell you $3-$4/day, but ask for $30 a day insurance and would not accept my personal insurance. Nor would they refund the money paid. Its a scam.

Agent Norma was friendly but unaware of the policies such that she had to consult with her neighbor who found my insurance insufficient despite it clearly indicating "loss of use" on the declaration page. Their business is surprising customers with chargers at the desk. The car ran well but was not clean and had a large dent.

The service I went through was very ugly experience. Didn’t honor my reservation and told me that’s was a mistake on the website and told me deposit was 1000. Boutique Rent A Car BOUT-4101-2661653 Had to find a way to get to my funeral service what I miss hours and half of it! I am so upset with the car rental!

From $8 a day it turned out $165 a day…I don’t know what kind of fees they added but it defeated the purpose of getting a rental all together for me and I left….definitely very misleading all together!!!!never going back or recommending

Despite some hidden fees at the moment of the pickup that rised the price from the original oferred online, the final price kept being very competitive. The agent that assisted me, Yanay, was really welcoming and helpful explaining the nature of these fees and oferred me multiple options that suited my route plan well. The car, a convertible Ford Mustang, was in fantastic shape and such a delicacy to drive that I ended up extending the contract for two more days. Very recommendable.

The online rental service is misleading I was under the impression I was renting a unlimited mileage car for 7$ a day and once I got to the counter it was different from what I reserved online that need to be specified
