Poor service. Called, she did not pick up. When arrived, another agent from a different company had to call her because she wasnt there. Waited 20 mins. She was rude, advised she did not have the vehicle I request and the engine was being fixed. Then offered me a lower tier vehicle and didnt adjust the price from a mustang convertible to a Kia. Requested a deposit of 1000$. We left that area and got a car from another company for 175$ total and 200$ deposit.

The agency is s scam. They kept adding more and more fees to the contract , for insurance, for tolls even though I had my own car insurance, an additional insurance though my CC provider. Once I declined everything they wanted to chrage me $30 per day for declining their coverage. An absolute rip off. I just walked away and used Costco to rent a great vehicle w/o any other charges. Do yourself a favor and never rent from them. Even though it looks cheap on the first look, believe me ,it won't be
