Mostly good, other than it took a long time to get picked up at the airport. Once we got to their site, though, they were fast and efficient with no upselling or surprise charges. The rate was the best we could find at any company, but still way too expensive.

It was a pleasure to work with a smaller company rather than the big conglomerates. Everyone was courteous and friendly. The only short coming was the open hours are limited so we could not pick up the car when we wanted to, as our flight got in right at their closing time. But they sent a driver in the morning, which luckily worked out okay for us. I would rent from them again, but be sure that their open hours worked with my airline schedule.

We were planning for pickup from the airport - but realized that we landed 20 min prior to them opening. No answer at the office - so we got an Uber. Otherwise, everything was smooth.
