Awesome service and car was bran new and clean! One thing to note is that you should emphasize and tell your customers that you are not open before 8 am so if they have any change in flight schedules and need to return the car earlier (or later) they need to arrange for it!!

I was very pleased with my experience with Black & White. They were the only agency that had the vehicle I needed last-minute. When I booked the reservation the vehicle was supposed to be at their LAX-adjacent location however it was in their Beverly Hills lot. The LAX office had an uber get me and take me to their Beverly Hills lot at their expense. Also, one of my passengers left her iPad in the vehicle and B&W quickly put it in their lost and found. The staff was polite and helpful.

This place was amazing, pick us up from the airport immediately. It felt like it went a private vehicle, the customer service is amazing.
