Black and White went above and beyond for my rental car. The personal shuttle drivers were kind and accommodating during my trip. The car was clean and easy to use. I’m recommending them to all my friends and family for their future California visits.

Pick up service from LAX was great. Also, complimentary bottled water was nice too. However, the car did not have blind spot monitor. And, we left the car with about an extra gallon of gas compared to when we got it.
