When first booking, you see and expect good prices for good value. However, first time we came here they had cancelled one of our reservations and double booked the other, meaning we had to discuss for hours just to get what we originally booked. At the same time they weren’t friendly and made it seem like we were the ones that f*cked up. Additionally when we returned the vehicle, they tried to reduce the deposit refund, stating we had less miles than what we had in the contract. Never again

Great just about all the way around. 1. Being near a base and speaking on behalf of all who serve(ed) we'd truly appreciate a military rate. 2. I called the day prior to ask if I could be picked up one hour earlier & what the additional fee would be. Was told no fee. After returning with the vehicle, the gentleman said I would be charged a whole day, as I was returning it with an addl hr. When I told him the information I was given, he honored it. Truly great customer service. Much appreciat

We waited for almost an hour and a half to get picked up when we first landed. This isn't the end of the world, but it was less than convenient. The car was also at half a tank. This isn't a big deal, but it's just kind of weird. I would have preferred the tank be at full and then it's easy and clear when I drop off the car to have the tank back at full. Besides the wait to get picked up, everything else was great about the rental. The staff was super friendly and easy going.
