Good experience except for the fact that I was not picked up at the airport in San Juan upon arrival as I thought I would be. We had to take an Uber for an additional $35 dollars.
The staff was very accommodating to my family. They offered us water while we were being checked in. The car was nice, safe and affordable compared to other quotes. I will definitely rent here again.
The staffs were friendly and professional. The gentleman that pick us up from the airport was very knowledgeable of the road. He give us some hint to where we were going and what roads were the best to take to our destination. Returning the vehicle back was different and it took over 40 minutes to check out. I needed to remind the staff we had airplane to catch and be taken back to the airport. That being said, I would rent from this agency again.
It was a great experience. The best rental experience that I had in a long time. Very courteous and professional personnel. Definitely my next car rental will be with this company. I highly recommend it to anybody. Ponce Bella Rent a Car the best.

Took a while when I arrived to pick up my car (small office with only two people working at the time), but otherwise the rental experience matched my expectations. Staff were courteous and professional. Car ran fine and was a good value.
We rented the car on line and it was clearly noted this rental was at the airport not a 40 minute drive away. We waited over 30 minutes after I called to sort out how to get picked up once I learned Bella was off site. Once in the office I felt the reception was business like but not friendly. When I returned the car everything was great until I missed the curb and face planed in your drive way. I was given attention once I pointed out my knee was bleeding and I was given ice for my hurt
