Love the Ponce location!
Angela Nieves was very knowledgeable and helpful with great customer service. My option was not available so they promptly gave me a better option for the same price. Is definitely worth the short Uber drive to get there.
Good value and professional service
They were wonderful from being greeted at the door, to providing good quality cars and a checklist before and after you have the car.
I had to take a taxi $40 since the shuttle does not run after 3pm ( I was told). Other than that, everything was great. The agent that served me could not have been more helpful. She was great!
Overall great experience. I was explained to terms very carefully. The staff was knowledgeable. Fast pick up and return. No issues at all.

It was a difficult $20-30 taxi/uber ride to and from the airport. Check in and check out took a very long time. I had to have my proof of insurance, which would have been nice to have been notified that I would need it. That may have been my mistake, however I saw several other people who also did not have it. The fees at the end were higher than expected, one in particular, Auto Expresso for $41.05. Best I could understand from the employee was that this is a toll? I wasn't told about it.
