Had a great experience with my rental, great on gas and great communication.

We were surprised at the additional charges. Our total came out to 3 times the price we were quoted online. It felt like a bait and switch. We were not given instructions on how to be picked up from the airport, and the phone number on our print out was a fax machine number. Other than this, the service was wonderful. The car was in great condition.

The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I picked it up. We had no problems with it during the two week rental. My only complaint, which is why I rated the "Were you picked up/waited on promptly" low, is the agency is open until 6 p.m. but their shuttle service ends at 3 p.m., 3 hours before closing. My flight arrived after 3 p.m. and I was forced to take a taxi/Uber to the rental office. I understand traffic can be bad in the afternoon, but the shuttle should run much closer to closing.

I've never had a better car rentqal experience--from the time we were picked up to the time we were dropped off. The car was excellent. It was an upgrade also.
My only complaint is that the shuttle from the airport stops at 3PM.
Clearer signage to avoid bothering staff at the nearby car dealership would also be nice.
Overall though l, great service.
The staff is phenomenal. The down side is far from airport, if you have early fly you will loss on pay day due to their operations hrs.
