Worst experience ever. The website allowed me to use my fathers credit card to reserve the car, and the pre-check in also allowed me to use it for deposit. But when I showed up they said they had cancelled the reservation, because the name on the card and the reservation were different. That was bad enough but then the customer service representative actually said I was a “moronic customer” who can’t read the booking terms. In a text no less, so I actually have it in writing. The statement on mileage is unclear. On mileage it says "free" . However in the same column it says "200" this ws unclear that would be charged for mieage over 200.
