We had only one issue with our Carzi car rental: we had to hunt for our car in the rental lot, at night, after a long day of travel delays. Once we found it, everything was fine.

Easy and smooth rental experience. Follow the instructions and timeline for doc submission, makes for a very easy transaction. Short wait for shuttle. 400 miles given for reservation kills it for me though. Pay another 50 and another company gives unlimited miles. Definitely changes liklihood of using this company again.

One of the worst experiences EVER. Check yelp. Some things you probably shouldn't say to a customer: CARZI after I told them they were being passive aggressive with me: "It’s rare we get passive aggressive customers like you" CARZI after I told them I would be writing a review: "That’s just not the way to go here. Passive aggressive is your middle name I see. Please do leave a review as we can respond and let everyone know what kind of customer you are and what to expect when dealing with

I did not use this agency because they have a lot of hidden charges. For example, the car rental is not unlimited mileage. The rental location is unknown and they wanted you to wait for an email to tell you how to pick your car up. It’s none-refundable. Even I tried to cancel right after 5 mins they still charge me a fee. I would be really careful and read the reviews before using this company.
