If you feel comfortable using text and email to receive directions and ask follow-up questions, then Carzi is a good choice for your rental needs. We booked with Carzi the weekend of Taylor Swfit's Eras Tour in Glendale this past weekend. While I would've normally used Hertz or Enterprise, their inventory was depleted with such a busy weekend in AZ. We reserved a Nissan Pathfinder and were pleasantly surprised with a Lincoln Navigator. All aspects of the rental exceeded expectations!
Car smelled of cigarette smoke. Paperwork came rather late via email. Had to online chat while at the pickup place to get the car information emailed. Wasn’t a smooth process overall.
Rates are high, would only use Carzi in emergency situation.
The Carzi rental met my needs and it was a good service, but I feel I paid a very high price for the rental. I suppose it was Supply and demand.
One of the most efficient car rental experiences ever. Met airport shuttle within three minutes and was checking out in my rental car within 15 minutes, including travel time to rental facility. Loved the lockbox system too Will definitely search for other Carzi rental centers.
I called several times to speak to a live person after communicating via text which was so annoying, the agents that I was talking with was very rude and not understanding at all. I was unable to take this trip due to death in my family. I tried to cancel the rental and it was VERY DIFFICULT and not clear as to how I would receive a refund. VERY UNHAPPY WITH THIS ESTABLISHMENT IN IT'S COMMUNICATION!!!
So unclear that I needed to enter information beforehand or my reservation would be canceled. Terrible experience that cost me hours. Need to rethink the user experience to make the onboarding process much clearer.
Smooth and convenient. Not dealing with a rental counter was pretty slick.
Everything was great! The only satisfactory portion would be for the help from the lady at the help desk at the parking garage. Not very helpful and seemed to not be interested in helping. But other than that, we enjoyed the rental and reservation!
This was by far the worst car renting experience that I have ever had in my life! The only reason that I even gave it a poor rating was that there was nothing lower to give. I would never in a million years rent from them again.
