I was very worried from previous bad reviews. Simplifying car rental is a developing concept. Little overhead saves money, but it sacrifices full service, and results in mileage limits and high cost for having to refuel a car. My rental was great. I got on the bus from the airport and was driving 15 minutes later. Car was excellent for the 4 days I had it, and drop off was easy. If you can following instructions, and don't expect to drive over 300 miles with the rental car, then rent with Carsi.

The trunk was not working properly so we have to hold it while we were putting stuff in it. The millage included in the rental agreement should be extended to at least 150 miles per day.

Kayak.com led me to believe the vehicle I was renting was AWD but it was not. I never received texts back after I asked about it. Before that, text response was 3 or so hours. Also I didn't like that the card had to be in my name. This was a work trip and my boss accepted and agreed to paying for this rental car. It wasn't ideal that you required my own personal card.

I rented a minivan and contacted Carzi to confirm since we had 7 people in our party. The day we were arriving to pick up the car from the airport (after taking a cross-country flight), Carzi called me to offer a feeble excuse that "something happened" and the minivan was no longer available. BUT! they would offer a Jeep that seats 5 for 20% off. Not sure where the other two passengers would go -- strapped to the roof, maybe? Or just run alongside the car? Will never consider Carzi ever again.

I received a document stating the windshield was damaged and I owe $400. The windshield was chipped when I picked up the car. A chipped window will only spread if not taken care of. The savings I received was not worth the hassle and frustration of dealing with resolving this issue. My insurance company wants a copy of the repairs in order to pay the bill. I don't believe anyone should pay for this damaged windshield. I wish I read the reviews before renting from Carzi. Scammers!!!
